In areas that have a high crime rate Ted Kolodzey will work to set up neighborhood watches. This will enable communities to become closer to one another and safer places to raise our families. By uniting people, neighbors will know and look out for one another and effectively prevent crime in ways that our police force is unable to.

People are ready and willing to stand up and fight for their homes. When our communities band together here in Cecil County criminals will be forced to give up their ways or move out. People can work together to help clean up the trash and make Cecil County a safer and cleaner place.
